To preserve the integrity of the fibres over time: A few simple habits will help long term performance:
- Wash cold or warm (max 40°C) on a gentle cycle
- Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent
- Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and optical brighteners
- Line dry where possible
- If tumble drying, use low heat
- Wash with similar fabrics and colour
- Iron on a low setting if needed

Why is delivery targeted before Christmas 2026?
Because this is a real first production run, not stock sitting in a warehouse. Your Founder order helps fund the fabric and manufacturing. We are working towards delivery before Christmas 2026, but this is a target, not a confirmed date. The timetable depends on confirmation of the manufacturing and freight schedule, and we will update Founders when it is confirmed. We would rather tell you the true timeline than promise something faster and miss it.
How do I know the sustainability claims are real?
SunGods discloses the Good Earth Cotton™, SeaCell™ Lyocell and TENCEL™ Lyocell composition of this product. Good Earth Cotton has a fibre traceability programme; other certifications and verifications apply only within their stated scopes. We will share verified evidence for the actual Founder production lots as it becomes available.
What happens if the Founder Run doesn't sell out?
This drop funds the rest of Founder production, your order goes straight into completing it, not into a warehouse of pre-made stock. The Founder Campaign isn't all-or-nothing, if timing needs to shift, we will tell you directly and keep you updated at every step.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. If your SunGods piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we always honour.
