Returns Policy
We want you to love your SunGods pieces, but if something’s not quite right you can process a return online from your account.
We do not offer exchanges - only refund or credit.
You can return your order if it is:
- Within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- Eligible for return (that is, not marked as “Not Eligible for Return”)
- Faulty
- Incorrect item received
Some items are not eligible for return. Where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page and/or at checkout. For full details, please see our Terms of Service.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received something faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please Contact us within 14 days of delivery. This is the quickest way for us to review the issue and arrange a resolution.
Wherever possible, we will send a replacement, including for items marked as not eligible for return. If the item is out of stock, we offer a store credit or refund.
Please note: a “fault” means a genuine manufacturing issue (for example, open seams or puckering). Minor loose threads are not considered a manufacturing fault, as these can occur during the production process and can be carefully trimmed without affecting the garment. Items damaged from wear, makeup stains, or incorrect care do not qualify as faulty.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
How to return your items
Step one: Book your return online, enter your order number and email, select the item you are returning and choose your return option. Log in to your account to initiate return.
Step two: Send us your parcel. Attach your return label and lodge your parcel at your local post office
Step 3 We process your return. Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your gift card or refund within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the only way you can be track it is by doing this.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Contact us
Circle Members and Circular Returns.
Circular Return
When you are finished with a SunGods piece, it doesn't become waste. Our products are designed so their materials can be recovered, reprocessed and reused, forming the foundation of our circular system.
When you are ready to return an item for reprocessing, become a circle member, simply get in touch with us at via the return portal and we will email you a prepaid return planet friendly mailer and label. Stuff your circular returns into the prepaid return mailer and send it back to us, we will take care of the rest.
Step one: Book your return online, www.sungods.au/return portal
Step two: We will send you a planet friendly envelope and pre-paid return label.
Step three: Pack your SunGods items and take to the post office. We will add your credits to your circle account.
Every SunGods piece has a way home. Circular Return opens after twelve months of life with you.
