Every piece is created from regenerative, cellulosic fibres and engineered with a beginning, a life and a way home.

Unlike conventional homewares and essential items designed for landfill, SunGods products are built to return, reclaimed, reprocessed and reimagined through our Circular Return system.

This is luxury designed to leave less behind.

Most products are designed backwards, for how they look and how fast they can be made, not for what happens when they are finished with.

Circular design flips that. It asks: how do we make this, so it never needs to go to landfill?

That means choosing materials that can be separated and recovered, not blended and buried. It means building a way back, a return pathway, instead of letting the story end at the sale. Our products are designed with a beginning, a life, and a way home.

Every SunGods piece is designed with a future beyond ownership.

When your product reaches the end of its life with you, simply Contact us and we will provide a return label through our Circular Return program.

Through our recovery partnerships, materials are collected, sorted and reprocessed into future SunGods applications, helping divert valuable fibres from landfill and extending the life of the materials themselves.

Renewal should never be an afterthought. It should be designed in from the beginning.

We don't believe in making thousands of products and hoping they sell.

The Founder Collection is our first deliberately small production run (400 bed sets and 400 bath sheets.) Pre-ordering helps us fund our founder production responsibly, make what we know has a home and avoid building unnecessary inventory simply to fill a warehouse.

For our Founders, it means something more. You are not buying from a collection that's already sitting on a shelf. You are helping bring the first SunGods production into the world, from its beginning, through its life in your home, to the way we designed for it to eventually come home.

Our Founder backers receive the lowest pricing we are able to offer. Retail pricing will be higher once the founder drop closes.

Our Founder drop pre orders, fund production directly, change-of-mind refunds are not available once production has begun. Faulty or incorrect items are, of course, always covered.

Yes, until orders are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if your details change. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it and reshipping due to incorrect details provided will be at the customer's expense.

Estimated delivery is late November/early December 2026 for Australian backers, with international shipments following shortly after.

Timelines may evolve as we move through material development, weaving, embroidery, finishing and production. We believe in transparency throughout the entire process and will keep our founder community updated at every stage, from fibre milling in Taiwan through to cut, sew, embroidery, finishing and dispatch.

Beautiful things take time. We would rather create them properly than rush them unnecessarily.

This drop funds the rest of Founder production, your order goes straight into completing it, not into a warehouse of pre-made stock. The Founder Campaign isn't all-or-nothing, if timing needs to shift, we will tell you directly and keep you updated at every step.

Yes. If your SunGods piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we always honour.

Founder drop/Pre order is different.
The Founder drop directly funds production, change-of-mind refunds are not available once manufacturing has commenced. However, faulty or incorrect items are always covered.

This is a real first production run, not stock sitting in a warehouse. Your Founder order is what funds the fabric and manufacturing, we would rather tell you the true timeline than promise something faster and miss it.

Most homewares are designed for ownership. SunGods is designed for stewardship.

We work with a new generation of regenerative fibre systems including:

• Good Earth Cotton®, climate positive Australian cotton
• SeaCell™, seaweed and eucalyptus cellulose Tencel
• Yulastic®, a plant-based stretch fibre replacing conventional elastic

Together, they create fabrics that feel softer, breathe naturally and move differently against the body.

But the real difference is what happens after years of use.

Conventional bedding and homewares are often blended with synthetic materials that cannot be separated or recovered, leaving them destined for landfill.

SunGods pieces are intentionally designed for circular recovery, allowing materials to be reclaimed and reprocessed into future applications rather than becoming waste.

Our collections are developed from carefully selected regenerative fibre systems chosen for softness, breathability, durability and circular recovery potential.

Good Earth Cotton®
Climate positive, fully traceable cotton grown on Kamilaroi Country in New South Wales, Australia.

SeaCell™ Tencel
A premium cellulose fibre created from sustainably harvested Icelandic seaweed and eucalyptus pulp.

Yulastic®
A plant-based stretch fibre designed to replace conventional petroleum-based elastic systems.

Each fabric blend is developed in partnership with Chichampe Fabrics Inc., a specialist cellulosic mill operating across Taiwan and Germany.

SunGods pieces are designed to be lived with.

Washed often.
Slept in deeply.
Used daily.

To preserve the integrity of the fibres over time: A few simple habits will help long term performance:

• Wash cold or warm (max 40°C) on a gentle cycle
• Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent
• Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and optical brighteners
• Line dry where possible
• If tumble drying, use low heat
• Wash with similar fabrics and colour
• Iron on a low setting if needed

Over time, the fibres soften beautifully and develop character through use, much like natural linen, cotton and other traditional heirloom textiles. Following the care guidance above will preserve colour and finish.

These are not pieces designed to remain untouched. They are designed to age well.

We partner with manufacturers operating under internationally recognised frameworks including OEKO-TEX® and equivalent standards covering:

• material safety
• responsible chemical management
• ethical manufacturing practices

Every SunGods piece is fully traceable through FibreTrace®, allowing fibre provenance to be tracked from source through to finished product.

Our supply chain is intentionally global, specialised and fibre-first.

Fabric development and milling takes place with Chichampe across Taiwan and Germany.

Towels are manufactured in Taiwan, while bed linen weaving is completed in China using specialised fine-gauge looms required for high-quality construction and finishing.

Cut, sew, embroidery and finishing processes are completed in Taiwan and China.

We prioritise Australian-grown fibres wherever possible and are actively working toward increasing Australian manufacturing capability over time.

We chose waffle for the functional and aesthetic benefits.

We have a specially designed waffle weave that breathes, absorbs, and dries without the weight and bulk of a traditional plush bath sheet. The softer, smoother hand feel give you the luxury spa experience at home.

Our waffle design is not the same as others. We have created a unique design, a lighter waffle weave that feels good against your skin. Soft and light. Perfect for the bathroom, the beach and weekends away.

Lighter by intention, balancing comfort with less bulk and faster drying. Substantial enough to feel plush and spa-quality without being overly heavy. 345gsm is often considered a sweet spot for everyday bath towels: soft and absorbent enough to feel good, but not so dense that they take forever to dry or feel heavy when wet. And it’s less bulky in storage and easier to pack for travel.

While not constructed specifically for beach use, like a dense terry towel, the waffle design will still be great at the beach.  It packs lighter, making it easier to cart to and from the beach, with less bulk in a beach bag.  The textured surface means sand doesn't get trapped deep in fibre loops the way it does with terry. A quick shake gets most of it off, rather than sand working its way into a dense pile.  And the waffle's breathability and lower fibre density mean it dries noticeably faster on a beach chair or clothesline than a heavier towel. 

Every fibre in Pontus is traceable. Good Earth Cotton® is verified by FibreTrace®, and our TENCEL™ and SeaCell™ are independently certified — you can check the chain yourself rather than take our word for it.
