We work with a new generation of regenerative fibre systems including:

• Good Earth Cotton®, climate positive Australian cotton
• SeaCell™,  seaweed and eucalyptus cellulose Tencel
• Yulastic®, a plant-based stretch fibre replacing conventional elastic

Together, they create fabrics that feel softer, breathe naturally and move differently against the body.

But the real difference is what happens after years of use.

Conventional bedding and homewares are often blended with synthetic materials that cannot be separated or recovered, leaving them destined for landfill.

SunGods pieces are intentionally designed for circular recovery, allowing materials to be reclaimed and reprocessed into future applications rather than becoming waste.

Why Kickstarter?

Because we believe luxury should never begin with overproduction.

Kickstarter allows us to manufacture in line with real demand rather than speculative inventory forecasting, reducing waste before a product is even made.

It also gives our founding community the opportunity to help bring a new model of circular homewares into the world from the very beginning.

Will the price stay the same after the Kickstarter campaign?

Kickstarter backers receive the lowest pricing we are able to offer. Retail pricing will be higher once the campaign closes.

Can I change my shipping address or order details after backing?

Yes, until orders are dispatched. Please Contact us as soon as possible if your details change. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it and reshipping due to incorrect details provided will be at the customer's expense.

“When can I expect my Kickstarter delivery?”

Estimated delivery is [November/December 2026] for Australian backers, with international shipments following shortly after.

As with all Kickstarter projects, timelines may evolve as we move through material development, weaving, embroidery, finishing and production. We believe in transparency throughout the entire process and will keep our community updated at every stage, from fibre milling in Taiwan through to cut, sew, embroidery, finishing and dispatch.

Beautiful things take time. We would rather create them properly than rush them unnecessarily.

How do I care for my SunGods products?

SunGods pieces are designed to be lived with.

Washed often.
Slept in deeply.
Used daily.

To preserve the integrity of the fibres over time: A few simple habits will help long term performance:

• Wash cold or warm (max 40°C) on a gentle cycle
• Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent
• Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and optical brighteners
• Line dry where possible
• If tumble drying, use low heat
• Wash with similar fabrics and colour
• Iron on a low setting if needed

Will the colours fade or pill over time?

Over time, the fibres soften beautifully and develop character through use, much like natural linen, cotton and other traditional heirloom textiles. Following the care guidance above will preserve colour and finish.

These are not pieces designed to remain untouched. They are designed to age well.

How does the Circular Return work? 

Every SunGods piece is designed with a future beyond ownership.

When your product reaches the end of its life with you, simply Contact us and we will provide a return label through our Circular Return program.

Through our recovery partnerships, materials are collected, sorted and reprocessed into future SunGods applications, helping divert valuable fibres from landfill and extending the life of the materials themselves.

Because renewal should never be an afterthought. It should be designed in from the beginning.

Every SunGods piece has a way home. Circular Return opens after twelve months of life with you.

What are SunGods products made from?

Our collections are developed from carefully selected regenerative fibre systems chosen for softness, breathability, durability and circular recovery potential.

Core fibres include:

Good Earth Cotton®
Climate positive, fully traceable cotton grown on Kamilaroi Country in New South Wales, Australia.

SeaCell™ Tencel
A premium cellulose fibre created from sustainably harvested Icelandic seaweed and eucalyptus pulp.

Yulastic®
A plant-based stretch fibre designed to replace conventional petroleum-based elastic systems.

Each fabric blend is developed in partnership with Chichampe Fabrics Inc., a specialist cellulosic mill operating across Taiwan and Germany.

Where are your products made?

Our supply chain is intentionally global, specialised and fibre-first.

Fabric development and milling takes place with Chichampe across Taiwan and Germany.

Towels are manufactured in Taiwan, while bed linen weaving is completed in China using specialised fine-gauge looms required for high-quality construction and finishing.

Cut, sew, embroidery and finishing processes are completed in Taiwan and China.

We prioritise Australian-grown fibres wherever possible and are actively working toward increasing Australian manufacturing capability over time.

Are your products certified?

We partner with manufacturers operating under internationally recognised frameworks including OEKO-TEX® and equivalent standards covering:

• material safety
• responsible chemical management
• ethical manufacturing practices

Every SunGods piece is fully traceable through FibreTrace®, allowing fibre provenance to be tracked from source through to finished product.

“Is there a money back guarantee?”

Yes. If your SunGods piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we always honour.

Kickstarter pledges are different.
Because pledges directly fund production, change-of-mind refunds are not available once manufacturing has commenced. However, faulty or incorrect items are always covered.

When can I expect to get my delivery?

For Kickstarter orders, see above. For standard orders placed through our website after launch, Australian deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping information can be found here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping information can be found here.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic and international shipping rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain value, keep an eye on our updates. Shipping information can be found here.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

What about Kickstarter rewards?

Because Kickstarter pledges fund production directly, change-of-mind refunds are not available once production has begun. Faulty or incorrect items are, of course, always covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Zip, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Kickstarter pledges are processed through Kickstarter's own platform. 

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details. For more information on our Privacy Policy click here.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns and access your digital product certificates.
